Nutritional Therapy is the application of Nutritional Science to the promotion of optimum health and disease prevention. Knowing what food to eat and what food not to eat can have a significant impact on your long term health. It is also very important if you suffer from any kind of dis-ease because optimizing your nutritional status can help support your optimum health status along with the appropriate medical care. Nutritional Therapy is very targeted, it is not a case of one size fits all. Your recommendations will be based on your current health and the condition from which you are suffering.

Eat well, Live Well!

A nutritional therapy consultation will involve a detailed medical and dietary history. This history along with your health goal will provide the basis for your recommendations. You may also be asked to complete a comprehensive questionnaire which can reveal a lot of detail regarding your health.

You will then be provided with a comprehensive approach to help you address your health concerns. This will include a detailed dietary plan, recipes and possibly complimentary food supplements and lifestyle changes.
A follow up consultation is recommended 4 weeks after your initial visit to assess your progress.
